From beginning to end the process was super smooth, everyone was friendly and we were able to watch some prime mentoring between adult and church brethren. I will be renting from this company again.

Website & Booking: SUPER EASY Customer Service & Communication: EXCELLENT Set Up & Tear Down Crew: FANTASTIC The excitement was already there whenever we chose to rent through Eastland Inflatables. The owners are so kind and willing to work with you. I have rented with them two separate times and hope to continue renting from them. They've been flexible with my dates both times, once because I had a sick birthday kid and the next time because the weather was showing hostility. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their business to all of Eastland County and as far as they will rent! Now to the fun. STORY TIME: The kids arrived at a birthday party for a seven-year-old knowing there would be "some entertainment." What they did not expect was a FULL-ON obstacle course being deliver by EASTLAND INFLATABLES. The moment it inflated, all social norms ended. No hellos. No hugs. No eye contact. They sprinted straight into the obstacle course (without shoes of course) like it was the Hunger Games. Meanwhile, the owner was calmly giving very thorough safety instructions to an "adult"...who was absolutely pretending to listen while aggressively removing her shoes and slowly backing away toward the entrance. Eye contact was made with another adult. We stood at the edge of the tarp. Someone clapped loudly. We both panicked and took off running. Next thing I know, we're climbing a 40-foot wall, questioning every life decision that brough us there. I glanced over, saw the other adult was about to win, and responded the only way my pride allowed-by diving over the top and flying down the slide. (Safely...cough) Was it safe? Questionable. Was it fun? Unmatched. We ran that obstacle course over and over again until the kids AND adults were equally exhausted and happy. The setup was professional, instructions were clear (even if it seemed like the owner was losing me), and the entertainment level was off the charts! PRO TIP: next time, I'm wearing a long-sleeve shirt... for safety... If you want kids instantly entertained, adults acting feral, and a party everyone talks about-this is the company to call!

Barrett was phenomenal at setting up and taking down. He worked with us on our time schedule and was 100% accommodating. The obstacle course couldn't have been more successful. The kids braved the cold weather with great joy. It provided a full day of entertainment. I would recommend Eastland Inflatables to everyone. Great job!!!

Barrett and Taylor were a pleasure to work with. I will without a doubt be using them again for other events. They made the setup and cleanup of the inflatable extremely easy, and they are both amazing people which makes the experience even better. It was a 10/10 hit with all the kids at our son's birthday party. Highly recommend!

The communication was great I really appreciated that they were so easy to contact. They set everything up promptly and did an amazing job. They were incredibly friendly as well. We will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to everyone!
